Our patent law firm specializes in the protection of patents, trademarks, in particular European Union trademarks, designs, i.e. utility models, Community designs and design protection. We advise and represent individuals, SMEs and patent departments of companies nationwide and serve our clients both from our main office in Cologne and from our branch office in Bruchsal.

This includes representation before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as well as before the Federal Patent Court in all matters relating to patents, trademarks and designs.
